3. Customer Accounts

Customers cannot self-register. Accounts are created internally by Houston Cash N Carry after verification of business legitimacy and wholesale eligibility.

Shipping, delivery timelines, and associated costs are handled according to your existing customer agreement. Most orders are shipped within 1 business day, but processing times may vary.

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or disrupt the Services
  • Upload any malicious content or harmful code
  • Access or attempt to access data not associated with your account

8. Intellectual Property
